Finally, Canon has announced the EOS 5D Mark IV DSLR officially, the next 4th Gen. of its much anticipated 5D full-frame series suitable for all kind of photographers and videographers. Having a whopping 30MP Dual Pixel AF sensor as seen in previous editions of EOS 7D MK II & EOS 80D , that significantly extends the capability of still and video production for all line photographers and videographers.

AS seen in previous editions, Canon Dual Pixel sensor technology really overpowers the old contrast detection on multiple parameters, and this became standard of their all mid to pro level camera bodies to have Dual Pixel Technology in their camera, the latest one is blessed with 30MP Dual Pixed CMOS sensor that helps to achieve fast focusing in live view for stills, as well as when use this camera in video mode. The touch screen helps to achieve fast touch responsive focusing through the use of Dual Pixel technology.

The all new video capability of this camera comes with first time 4K format in this mid-sized full-frame DSLR body by Canon. The video can be captured in 4K at 30/24p, Full-HD 1080 @60p and HD 720 @120p. 4K video is captured with Motion JPEG format.

The Auto-Focus capability in EOS 5D MK IV is borrowed from EOS 1DX MK-II and frame rate is expand to 7fps. The EOS 5D MK IV is also able to get secondary data from the dual photosites that builds each photosite/pixel, enhanced some post production options to get rid of some abbrations & lens ghosting.
